TypeWord ("the App") is a vocabulary learning service that provides AI-powered word lookup and spaced repetition review features. These terms govern your use of the App.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

3. Use of Service

The App can be used without creating an account.
Word lookup results are generated using AI and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
Daily lookup limits may be applied to maintain service quality.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App's design, code, and logos belong to the developer. Wordlist data created by users belongs to the respective users.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited.

Interfering with the normal operation of the App
Using automated tools for mass lookups
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized copying of the App
Infringing on the rights of other users or third parties

6. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated results. The developer shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the App.

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

7. Advertising

The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by third parties, and the developer is not responsible for the content of such advertisements.

8. Service Modifications and Termination

The developer may modify or terminate the service after prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as needed. Changes will be communicated through in-app notifications prior to taking effect. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may discontinue use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
